Section 13 Controlled Airspace

13.11 The pilot of an arriving VFR flight shall make initial radio contact with a control tower in Class C airspace

  1. immediately after entering the Control Zone.
  2. 10 NM outside the Control Zone.
  3. prior to entering the Control Zone.
  4. immediately prior to joining the circuit.
